Children's Ministry

When Jesus told the disciples, “Suffer the little children to come unto me ...” he really meant, “Don’t send them away from me.” The clear implication, we believe, is to direct children toward Jesus' Ministry at First Baptist Church through kid-sensitive Sunday Schools, worship services and fun filled activities and events. Connecting children to a world greater than their own comes through many different emphases. The Bible says God gives children as an inheritance from Him. There’s no greater heavenly “trust fund” than these ministries from the Creator. That’s why our children are so important to us. And because, Jesus said, “...of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
